Meet Traci.

I am a College Resource Creator.

I create college preparation resources for counselors to help them save time!

As a fellow counselor, I know we have a lot of tasks, responsibilities, and pressures on our plate. Often because of our duties, it is tough to meet the needs of all of our students.

We wear all the hats – wife, mommy, daughter, sister, counselor, superhero… That’s the reason why I started College Counselor Traci, a resource that guides you through proper planning and implementation of an impactful college success program.

Strategic Planning + Quality Resources

I was once in a position in which I could not balance it all. My students needed letters of recommendation. Parents had a ton of questions on how to help their child get into college. Teachers needed guided counseling lessons to reach and motivate our vulnerable at-risk students. All topped off with a daily dose of to-do lists that soaked up all my time from doing the necessary work – helping students.

Does this sound like you too?

Everyone wanted a perfectly executed program of a “college-going culture” to reach all students.

Can you relate to the pressure?

I truly wanted to give all of my students the best resources for reaching their college dreams.

Is this your hope too?

After six years of trial and error, I have finally created systems to help myself, and other counselors, to implement an impactful college success program.

You’ll gain more time for the things that matter.

More time for our family.

More time for our students.

Meet the Family

I married a fellow educator and recently became a new mama! So trust me when I say, I know time with family is everything!

When I am not creating resources for counselors, I work as a Community College Counselor and Professor. I have worked in education for 14 years, including working as a College & Career Awareness Coordinator and Substitute Teacher. I know the pain points as an educator. I see your challenges.

I also know what it is like to come home burned out — an empty tank with nothing left to give to my family.

Get your time back. You don’t have to do this alone.
